What is an alert amount and how can I change it?
Updated over a week ago

You can set up an alert amount for your balance after bills. This means we’ll let you know when your balance after bills is close to this amount.

The default is currently £50 but you can set this amount to anything you like. For example, if you were to set your alert to £100, we’ll let you know when your balance after bills is close to £100, or below it and you have an upcoming bill.

You can change this alert limit at any time by tapping the cog icon (see image below) at the top of the page on the right. From here, select 'Change alert amount' and then set your alert.

There are a few requirements when setting your alert limit:

  • It must be a whole number

  • It must be lower than your balance after bills amount
