What are ‘at risk’ bills?
Updated over 5 months ago

If you’ve connected your account in the Monitor tab, you may see some of your bills highlighted as ‘at risk’. We will highlight bills that are at risk when your account balance is less than your upcoming bills amount. Based on the data, we think you’re at risk of missing these payments.

To calculate this, we look at your monthly view of regular bills. If your monthly view doesn’t look right, you can change the start date to a date that suits you. For more information on how to change your start date, you can check out this FAQ. When you change your start date, this will also change the calculations made, and could mean that these bills are no longer at risk.

If you don't think the bill is at risk, for example, if it's not a regular payment, or is a cancelled bill, we now have a way for you to exclude these bills in Monitor. To do this, tap the cog in the Monitor settings page or you can find out more information on how to do this here.
