Why is my credit score 0 (zero)?

If you login to your account and see your credit showing as 0, this indicated that there has been a problem retrieving your credit report from TransUnion.

If you have recently updated your address details, this can be caused because there has either be an error with the information provided or your previous address details haven’t been updated. Checking this information and updating it usually fixes the problem.
