If you have recently changed your address, we may not be able to locate your TransUnion credit report or Borrowing Power if your lenders haven’t updated your new information with the credit reference agencies.
The credit reference agencies collect your information from your lenders and the electoral office. As it can often take around six weeks for the lenders and electoral office to update any new information to the electoral office, your new information may not have been provided yet.
You may want to contact your lenders and check the information that they hold is correct, you can also request your statutory report from the credit reference agencies directly. This will allow you to see what information they currently hold on you.
Once the credit reference agencies have been updated with your address details, you shouldn’t have any further problems being located at your new address.
