Why is my income not included on Monitor?

We estimate your income based on what we see come into your connected bank account from the past 3 months, which can include any employment income and benefits you receive.

We’re aware that not all employment income is being recognised and therefore, isn’t showing on Monitor. This means that some of the information you see on Monitor may not be entirely accurate. We are working on an update for this and we hope to include other types of income in the near future.
