How often will I receive email updates?

Each month we run an automated search to provide you with your most up to date Credit Report and Borrowing Power, which you can view on your account page.

Once we have completed these searches, we will send you an email to let you know that it has been updated. As your credit report and Borrowing Power update at different times in the month, you will receive two service emails each month

Aside from these monthly emails, if you are subscribed to our marketing email list, our marketing team may email you, letting you know which products you appear to be eligible for and informing you of any new promotions. You can opt out of these at any time either by unsubscribing at the bottom of one of these emails or by visiting the preference centre in your account.

You can also check which products you are eligible for, at any time, by logging into your account.
