How do I change the information on my report?

Edited

It usually takes around 6-8 weeks for TransUnion to receive updated information from lenders and public bodies. This means you may notice a delay in new information showing on your credit report, for example, if you have moved house recently, you should not expect this information to immediately appear on your account.

Only your lenders, providers and public bodies can update your information with TransUnion, so you may want to contact them and request they sent any recently updated information to all three credit reference agencies. Once TransUnion have received this information, this will be reflected in your credit report.

However, if your credit report information looks incorrect then you'll need to raise a dispute with TransUnion using the 'raise a dispute' link that can be found in your credit report. TransUnion will then have 28 days to investigate the issue and get back to you.
