When you sign up for your free Credit Report with TotallyMoney, we'll ask you for some details about yourself, such as your Name, Address and contact number.

Please make sure that the information you provide is accurate, as it's also used by TransUnion (our credit report partner) to confirm your identity and provide you with your Credit Report.

Our service is completely free and we will never ask you for your bank details at any stage.

Once TransUnion has identified you and found your credit report information, you’ll be asked to enter a one-time passcode that is sent to your mobile number, or you’ll need to answer a set of identity questions about your finances. You’ll need to answer these questions correctly to gain access to your Credit Report.

When signing up for your account with TotallyMoney we'll also ask for your salary, address information and employment status. This is used as part of our Borrowing Power service, to confirm your information and check your eligibility for different credit products listed on the TotallyMoney website.
