You’ve been sent this email as we received a request from your account to reset your password. If you don’t recognise this, someone else may have made the request. For someone to make this request, they need to know your email address and date of birth.

Someone could be trying to get into your account, but fear not — there are some easy things you can do to keep your account safe:

  1. Make sure no one else has access to your email

  2. Change the password for your email account (it is good practice to change your passwords regularly and don’t share passwords across multiple accounts)

  3. Change the email address linked to your TotallyMoney account in the “My Account” section

If you’ve got any questions, please email [email protected].
