Connection issues are often temporary and your bank may be having some connection issues at the moment, or there may have been an interruption during the connection process. Close the app and wait a few minutes before trying again.

- What page do you experience this issue on?
- Had you already authorised with your bank before this issue occurred?
- Could you please clear your browser cache, if possible, and try again?
- Do you have the mobile banking app installed, of the bank you are trying to connect?
It would also be useful if you could share screenshots of the issue you are experiencing, including any error messages shown.
