During your application for credit, some of the lenders that we work with will use their mobile app as part of the application.
The app helps to make it easier to complete the application, as everything is done from within it. This includes any checks that the lender will perform, such as ID verification, making it easier to submit and keep track of your progress.
To complete your application, you’ll need to follow the on-screen instructions to download the app from your mobile app store. Once downloaded, you’ll be able to continue your application from within the app.
This is completely normal and is nothing to worry about. It’s designed to make the application much easier for you.
Initially downloading the app does add extra steps, but once this has been done, you’ll be able to complete your application. Not only that, the app will also be ready to go, so you can manage your new credit card with no further setup required.
I am unable to download the app
If you’re not able to download the app, this could be because it doesn’t support your phone. Or, there may be an issue with the app itself.
As the app is provided by the lender, we unfortunately cannot help with this. If you’re having problems, you’ll need to contact the lender directly – they should be able to advise you on how to complete your application.
