Your report with us is live. This means that every day you log in, we request a new report from TransUnion. However, this may not mean that the bill you paid today will appear as paid on your credit report with us immediately. This is because it can take up to 6 weeks for your lenders to update TransUnion of any new information.
It’s a good idea to check when your lender last provided an update to TransUnion by clicking "See More" next to the account. This will show you more information, such as the date your lenders sent your information through under “Updated On”.
Usually, lenders update their information with TransUnion around the same time every month, so it’s worth checking back at the same time the following month and you should see your new information.
If your lender hasn’t updated TransUnion shortly after you expect them to, you may want to contact them directly and ask when you can expect an update on your TransUnion report.
