Some lenders take longer than others to update the balance on your account. This can create some out of date info on your credit report.
So, to make your results more accurate, we’re showing your info from the latest month that we have everything up to date. This should be no longer than three months before. If you have an account that hasn’t been updated in the last three months, it will show as none.
You may wish to contact your lender directly and ask them to update your account info with TransUnion. Once this has been done, you should see more up-to-date and accurate balance info in Credit Assistant.
