If your account is set to a defaulted status, then your TotallyMoney report analysis will show each month after the defaulted date as a missed payment. This is how we interpret the information given to us by TransUnion.
The information TransUnion hold (which is what lenders see and use to decide whether to make your credit application successful) won't show as a missed payment. They’ll just show the account in default each month. If you’d like to check this information yourself, you can request your statutory report online here.
If an account is part of a debt management plan, the lender may choose how they report the payments you make. You may want to contact them directly for an explanation on how they report your payments.
If none of the above apply to you, please raise a dispute.
