If you see incorrect information, you’ll need to raise a dispute by selecting the ‘Raise a dispute’ option against the appropriate section of your credit report.
After this, you’ll be able to select a reason for disputing the information and this will flag the issue with TransUnion. They’ll confirm this information with the lender directly, in an attempt to amend it.
It may take up to 28 days to hear back from TransUnion as this is the time they’re required to provide lenders with to investigate the issue.
If successful, the information will be updated when we next refresh your report.
