If we have been unable to find your Credit Report and you believe the information you submitted may have been incorrect, the best thing to do would be to close the account and re-open with the correct information. You can close your account by visiting 'My Account' and 'Edit My Details' where you will see a button that says 'Close My Account'.
If you have received your Credit Report but your personal information has either changed or is incorrect, you can change some of the information by clicking on ‘My Account’ and then ‘Edit My Details’. From here you can amend your Name, Employment Status, Annual Income and Address Details. If you need to amend your date of birth, you will need to request this by emailing email@example.com. Please note, however, any changes to your details may impact our ability to provide you with your Borrowing Power as we use your account information to assess your score. However, this will only be temporary.
