If you want to unsubscribe from product alerts or marketing emails
If you'd no longer like to receive our marketing emails, you can simply visit your preference centre from your TotallyMoney account, where you can resubscribe later if you wish to. Otherwise, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email.
If you’re looking to stop Credit Report, Borrowing Power or Energy service emails
These emails are part of our service to you, which means we are obliged to send them. For example, we are required to let you know when your credit information has been searched and updated. Without these emails, we are unable to inform you that this part of our service has happened. Similarly, we need to send you service emails to confirm that you have applied to switch energy tariffs, or to let you know if your switch has been rejected.
If you'd no longer like to receive our full service in order to stop our service emails, unfortunately you will need to request for your account to be closed. You can do so by going to 'My Account', 'Edit My Details' and then clicking 'Close My Account' in the bottom right-hand corner.
If you have applied to switch energy supplier through our service, please be aware that closing your account won’t prevent you receiving emails about your switch. To cancel the switch you will need to contact your new energy supplier directly.
