If you would like to close your account, it is important to note that we are only able to provide you with your credit report to one account. This means that if you have accessed your credit report through TotallyMoney and close your account, you would not be able to access your credit report with us again, should you register a new account.
Our service is completely free and always will be, so it will never cost you a penny leaving your account open.
If you would still like to close your account:
- Hover over the top right corner 'Hi ___'
- Go to 'My Details'
- Click 'Close My Account' at the bottom of the first section, underneath your email and password.
If you’ve applied to switch energy supplier through our service, please be aware that closing your account won’t prevent you receiving emails about your switch. To cancel the switch, you will need to contact your new energy supplier directly, details on your new energy supplier should be available in the switch email you should have received.
