We're sorry to hear you would like to close your account.
Our service is completely free and always will be, so it will never cost you a penny leaving your account open.
If you would still like to close your account:
- Go to 'My Details’ when you’re logged in to your account
- Scroll to the bottom and select 'Close My Account' in the right-hand corner.
At the moment you are currently unable to close your account using our mobile app. To close your account, please login using an internet browser.
Please note, If you’ve applied to switch energy supplier through our service, please be aware that closing your account won’t prevent you receiving emails about your switch. To cancel the switch, you will need to contact your new energy supplier directly, details on your new energy supplier should be available in the switch email you should have received.
