You can set up an alert amount for your balance after bills. This means we’ll let you know when your balance after bills drops below this amount.
The default is currently £50 but you can set this amount to anything you like. For example, if you were to set your alert to £100, we’ll let you know when your balance after bills has dropped to below £100.
You can change this alert limit at any time by clicking ‘Change alert amount’ - which is found under your balance after bills.
There are a few requirements when setting your alert limit:
- It cannot be ‘0’
- It cannot be a minus number
- It must be a whole number
- It must be lower than your balance after bills amount
