Check if you have a notification or email asking you to reconnect your bank account.
As we need your consent every 90 days to continue connecting to your bank account, you may need to provide consent again, then reconnect the account.
You can do this through the ‘Accounts’ page in the TotallyMoney app.
If this isn't the case, there may be a problem with the connection. Try disconnecting your account manually and reconnecting it again. If you're still encountering issues, get in touch with Bud by emailing them at email@example.com.
