Why do I need to renew my bank account connection?

Due to open banking regulations, you’ll need to renew the connection to your bank account through TotallyMoney every 90 days. This is so that you have complete control over which apps can use your banking data.

Your bank account will stay connected to TotallyMoney for 90 days. After 90 days, you’ll need to renew the connection. We’ll let you know when this is so you don’t need to worry about it.

If your connection expires, you can reconnect in the TotallyMoney account:

1. Log in to your account
2. Tap on the account icon in the top right hand corner
3. Select ‘Connected bank accounts’
4. Select ‘Renew connection’ and you’ll be taken to Bud’s page to renew
