If your card isn't working, for contactless or any other transactions, check the following in the Currensea app or website:

It’s activated

It isn’t frozen
If you have a transaction declined, you’ll receive an email from Currensea explaining the reason why. If you don't receive one, this means that no transaction was initiated. If that happens, please check that the merchant you’re attempting to make a transaction with accepts Mastercard cards.
If you’re still experiencing difficulties and none of the above explains why, it may be that your card is damaged and needs to be replaced. Please get in touch with Currensea on help@currensea.com and they’ll be happy to help
