Will my credit report show that I have been rejected for credit?

Edited

Although your credit report doesn’t say that you have been rejected for credit, it does, however, show that a hard search has been performed.

As other lenders can see that you have applied for credit, making another application within a short space of time, could be viewed negatively.

It is best not to instantly apply for a new product after being declined and it is suggested that you should leave around six months between applications.
