When viewing your offers page, your eligibility indicates how likely you are to be accepted for that product, however, even with a high chance of acceptance you may still be declined as the decision is ultimately down to the lender and relies on them performing their own checks.

If a product states that you are pre-approved, this is based on the information that you have provided to us. When applying for these products you should be accepted assuming that the information you have provided is correct, you pass lender checks, and they find no anomalies in your application.

We appreciate it can be upsetting to not be accepted for a credit product, especially if you had a high eligibility score, which is why we are continuously working with lenders to ensure that this score is as accurate as possible.
