If you’re struggling to make payments or recent life changes have affected your finances, free debt help is available from a number of charities:

  • We’ve partnered with Money Wellness, a free, impartial budgeting and debt advice provider. Click here to take their quick questionnaire — their expert advisors will reach out to support you with budgeting advice or debt solutions, depending on your situation*

  • StepChange is a debt charity offering financial guidance. By talking through your individual financial situation, they can help you reach the best solutions. Use their 60-second debt test to help you get started.

  • PayPlan offer free debt management plans and debt advice if you are struggling with your debt. You can visit their website if you are struggling with your debt or contact them directly by phoning 0800 280 2816.

  • Money Trust Advice are available to offer free, impartial debt advice. If you would like to contact them, you can either visit their website or phone 0207 489 7796.
