How do you use my information?
Updated over a week ago

When you sign up for your TotallyMoney account we ask you for some information (including name, date of birth, email address etc.) to help TransUnion and Experian to identify your data in order to provide you with your Credit Report and Borrowing Power. We partner with both Credit Reference Agencies in order to provide you with both parts of our service respectively.

Whilst we do partner with TransUnion and Experian to provide you with your Credit Report and Borrowing Power, we do not have visibility of your Credit Report data and do not directly require access to sensitive information in order to calculate your Borrowing Power.

We do however have alerts set up based off of some of the data fields provided by TransUnion that indicate to our customers: why their Credit Score may have decreased/increased, whether there have been any significant changes to their Credit Report and to carry out calculations to indicate to customers their total balances and payments. We do not, however, have visibility of this data on an individual basis and so our employees would be unable to confirm any information about your Credit Report data.
